A fairly recent discovery (2010) was our marriage link with the Doig family which like our own hailed from the Dundee region. We were contacted by a Doig researcher living in USA and were able to identify the link as being between our Bonnie William’s sister Ann Wilson who married George Doig in Dundee in 1797.
